Phoenix Graduate Training Scheme

Accepting the challenge of a career with Phoenix means starting out on a structured path, a five-year plan, that if fully embraced should deliver a senior managerial role within the group. A fixed programme of training is in place for all staff.

When recruiting new staff, Phoenix opts for an 80% Graduate preferred intake.  The group’s commitment to excellence in customer care demands that the bar is constantly raised.
