At Phoenix we take our duty of care to you very seriously.   We strive to prepare and present your newly purchased vehicle to the highest possible standard.
 
However, despite our best efforts, we are aware, that, as your vehicle gets older the risk of mechanical or electrical failure can increase.

If this happens, we would like to be there for you. This is where the Phoenix Approved Warranty is so valuable.There is no limit to the number of repairs you can claim on the Phoenix Approved Warranty.

Peace Of Mind With A Phoenix Warranty

There is no limit to the number of claims you can make with unlimited claims liability up to the price paid for the vehicle.

You don’t need to worry about big mechanical or electrical bills as the warranty covers the majority of mechanical and electrical component failure items.

You have no excess to pay and you’re covered for full parts, labour and VAT costs.

You can still get from A to B as we provide a replacement vehicle (up to a mid sized saloon) for up to 7 days in the event of warranty repair.

Even if you’re away from home we’ll pay for overnight accommodation and rail fares up to £60, in the event the vehicle cannot be repaired under warranty within 24 hours.

Warranty cover is available for up to 3 years, to match period of ownership.

Access to your very own emergency service in the event of a breakdown, with inclusive Phoenix Assist Breakdown & Recovery.

Your vehicle is repaired to the highest standards using only manufacturer approved replacement new parts.

Don’t worry if you sell your car and buy a new one, the Warranty term can be extended and is transferable.

 Nothing to pay where the warranty repair replaces new for old parts.

Phoenix Assist And Breakdown Cover

In the unlikely event that your car breaks down, it’s good to know that someone will come out to help you.

As part of your Phoenix Warranty, Phoenix Assist will minimise the inconvenience and discomfort of a breakdown. With comprehensive cover 24 hours a day, every day of the year, throughout the UK, you can be assured you will never be left stranded.

Phoenix Assist also covers the vehicle, so anyone who is driving your car is covered.

Roadside Assistance - If your vehicle breaks down due to mechanical or electrical failure, sustains a puncture or is involved in an accident we will send help to the scene and seek to repair your vehicle at the roadside.
 

Recovery - If your vehicle cannot be repaired by the roadside we will assist in the following ways:                                                      

-          Arrange for you and up to 7 passengers to be recovered to the nearest garage able to undertake the repair.

-          If the above is not possible, we will arrange for you, the vehicle and up to 5 passengers to be transported to your home or original destination.

Home Assistance - We will attend your vehicle if it breaks down at your home address or within a one mile radius.

Caravans/Trailers - In the event your vehicle breaks down with a caravan/trailer attached, this will also be recovered at no extra cost.

Accident Cover - If your vehicle is involved in an accident, rendering it illegal or immobile, we will transport your vehicle to a nominated local address within the UK.

Puncture Cover - If your vehicle sustains a puncture and you are unable to change the wheel, we will attend the scene and assist with the replacement.

Toll Fee’s - In the event of a recovery, ferry and toll charges within the UK and Northern Ireland will be paid for.

Message Service - In the event of a breakdown, we will gladly pass on two messages to your home or office.  

Complimentary MOT Test Insurance

Phoenix - picking up the bill if your car fails its next MOT Test

The Phoenix Warranty programme also gives you complimentary MOT Test Insurance. If your vehicle fails to pass its next MOT Test, due to failure of any part listed on a VT30* (MOT Test Failure Form), MOT Test Insurance will pay up to £350 (including VAT) per MOT Test to cover the cost of repair.

What Is Covered

Lighting Equipment 

Lamps, reflectors, indicators and bulbs are covered for failure due to: breakage, water damage, corrosion discolouration, misalignment and corrosion.

Steering & Suspension      

Steering units, drag links, track rods/ends, shock absorbers, road  springs, wishbones, swivel joints mountings, sub-frames and wheel bearings are covered for failure due to wear, seizure, leakage and insecurity.

Fuel System           

Carburettors, injection system, fuel ECU and fuel pipes are covered for failure to meet MOT exhaust gas emission standards.

Breaking System            

Brake master cylinder, wheel cylinders, callipers, discs/drums, load compensator, ABS sensors/modulator/computers and brake pipes, hoses, cables are covered for failure due to wear, splits cracks, leakage, seizure, corrosion and adjustment.

Seat Belts                           

Mountings, belts, retractors and buckles are covered for failure due to wear, non function and insecurity.

Windscreen Wipers   

Wiper blades are covered.
